There are a few ways to save money at Rite Aid: +Up Rewards, Single Check Rebates and Store Coupons.
Look for +Up Reward items throughout the weekly ad. When you scan your Wellness+ card, the Up Rewards will print on the end of your receipt and you can use them to buy another product in the store (this excludes prescriptions, tobacco, alcohol, etc). Make sure you keep track of when they expire and treat them just like cash.
Single Check Rebates:
Single Check Rebates or SCR is Rite Aid’s monthly rewards/rebate program. Just register here and you can immediately start participating. These change monthly; there are also times when there are deals available for certain time periods during the month. There is usually a little booklet of these in print right beside the weekly circular inside your Rite Aid store (at least they have them here).
As you make your purchases through the month, enter your receipt information on the website or keep your receipts in an envelope to submit them all at one time. At the end of the month, you can request your rebate check by clicking on “request rebate.” You can only make one submission per month, so make sure you are not planning to make any more rebate purchases that month!!!
Take note of limits for the items you expect to get rebates on. Some are limited to one item per household.
Also note the dates that the rebates are valid. Again, some rebates are valid for a week and not the whole month, some rebates may overlap a two month timeframe.
Try to use a coupon for an item that would be free after your rebate. You will still get the full purchase price back. You’ve just put money in your pocket!
Store Coupons at Rite Aid
One way to a coupon for money off of total purchase is by viewing the video values coupons. Just view 1-2 minute videos (the ones I’ve watch have been 30 seconds) advertising different products and you will get one of these coupons, plus extra coupons for the item commercials you just viewed. These are Rite-Aid coupons and can be combined with in-ad coupons and/or manufactured coupons. These are limited to one per customer. These are changed monthly and must be watched before a certain date monthly or you will lose your chance at that coupon.
Rite Aid produces its own coupons and releases them either in the weekly flyer or online. These can be stacked with manufacturer coupons. If you buy more than one item, you will need to clip the required number of store coupons from their ad, although some stores limit these to one per customer.
